Ralph was the engine builder (along with John Betts of McBetts) and throttle/trim man on the Satisfaction Unlimited Offshore Powerboat Team in the late 70's. Racing Worldwide was fun and Ralphs tendancy to keep the "hammer" down made the boat one of the fastest of it's time but, a back injury sidelined him. Better days lay ahead. |
