This is not your average '57 Chevy. With it's Radio, Heater, Backseat and Rear Window Regulator Delete, and, the 283/270
Horsepower Corvette Engine, The Utility Coupe or, as it's more commonly known, Business Coupe was the first REAL Muscle Car.
This Factory Built Lightweight was a true Wolf in Sheeps Clothing. Backed by the Close Ratio Three Speed and 4.11 Posi and
Suspended with the Police Interceptor Package, this car was an immediate favorite for early Drag Racing Legends.
Production numbers for the Business Coupe were low. Most were built for the Door to Door Salesman and came with Six Cylinder
engines. It took a true hot Rodder to walk into the Local Chevy Dealer and order this ride. Could you imagine if we had that
luxury today?! This car is a California Built Seamlees Chassis version.
This car is truly a piece of American Hot Rodding at it's finest. The Twin Four Barrel 283 and Solid Lifter cam make this car
a screamer. Add that to the fact that this particular car has been restored 100% Correct. It has won such accolades as the
Golden Spinner Award at the Chevy/Vette Fest and a 1st Place AACA Junior and Senior at Hershey. This car is easily among the
finest in the world. Pictures do not do it justice. It is part of a Private Collection. It will not be shown unless the
inquiry is serious.
